Lisa Morgan

Lisa Morgan has successfully worked with leaders of Private, Non-Profit, and Federal, State, County, and Local governments nationwide to help them achieve their performance goals.  Lisa has also led several large-scale change management initiatives to enable client organizations to adopt new behaviors and practices that establish a measurable high-performance culture.  She attributes her success to her ability to align the Executive’s goals to the organization’s operations and to effectively measure outcomes.

Lisa holds a Master of Public Administration from the American University with a concentration in Organizational Development, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University majoring in Political Science.

Lisa’s graduate certificate in Information Telecommunications Systems is from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is from Villanova University. Lisa is a certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.


Doug Smith

Doug Smith's expertise is to help organizations make vital connections between their strategic goals and the data that measure customer satisfaction, service delivery, employee performance, and financial performance.  

Doug has been responsible for mission-critical data and information management analysis that has helped organizations develop informed strategic plans, operational business plans and performance reports at the Federal and local levels of government.

Doug led the strategic planning effort of the nation's capital that integrated citizen feedback, stakeholder engagement, and municipal agency accountability data to chart its transition back to local government autonomy from Federal oversight. 

His recent courses of study include Data Science and Analysis in R and Python programming languages (specifically for statistical analysis), Getting and Cleaning Data, and Exploratory Data Analysis in the Johns Hopkins University Data Science Specialization (Coursera).  Doug’s experience also includes Change Management, Process Reengineering and Balanced Scorecard. 

Doug holds a Master’s Degree in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Virginia.
